We are a retail record store, stock may be unavailable at the time of your order due to in person sales, theft, or misfiling. You accept this when you order with us. We will refund all out of stock items upon discovery of status.

We typically use whiplash or bags unlimited mighty mailers.

All records are visually graded unless otherwise stated.

Most orders ship in 3-4 business days of payment. Rush processing is NOT an option.

Priority mail and insurance are available at an additional charge by customer request.

In the event of a problem with the order the buyer must us for resolution before leaving negative .

We will not take returns or provide refunds except in the case of our error or manufacturing error.

We are not responsible for split seams or other damage incurred in shipping. All records leave our store in the condition listed when sold. Split seams or a dinged corner will not be refunded or allowed for return.

We do not open sealed vinyl by default - if you buy a record listed as a sealed LP and would like it shipped outside the jacket you must make a request.
