1. Return shipping policy
a. We do not agree to pay for return shipping in all cases.
b. We do pay for return shipping, if you receive an incorrect item.
c. If the item is damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Refer to your tracking number for carrier information.
d. If you believe the item you received was not graded properly and want to return it for a refund, you must provide the following within 72 hours after receipt of the item:
i. A detailed written description of the sound quality that you believe was not properly rated according to the Discogs Rating system found at
https://.discogs.sie.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193-How-To-Grade-Items
ii. Photographs of the item showing details of the area where the recorded sound does not meet the Discogs criteria for the stated rating. This photograph should show scratches, mars,
warps, cracks, or any other defects causing the item to play other than as rated.
iii. A recording of the problematic audio played on your playback equipment.
e. After we receive your information, we will make a determination regarding the grading of the item.
i. If the item was not graded properly, we will provide you a return shipping label. Your refund will be processed after we receive the item.
ii. If the item was graded properly, we will not pay the return shipping. You may return the item at your expense, and we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the returned item.
We will not provide a refund for the outbound shipping to you or return shipping to us.

5. All inner sleeves are generic, unless otherwise noted. No inserts, lyric sheets, booklets, posters, photographs, or other non-media items are included, unless otherwise noted. Rating of the
outer sleeve condition (outside cover) does not apply to any inserts. If you are concerned about any specific item described above, please request a rating, description, or photograph of that
specific item.
6. All seven-inch records are in generic sleeves unless otherwise noted.
7. The shipping address provided to PayPay is the shipping address we will use, unless you specify a different shipping address in your Discogs order.
8. All photographs on our store’s listing are generic Discogs photographs. If you would like photographs of the item from our store, please provide your email address and we will send them to
you.
9. Our store does not play test all items. You may request that a specific item be play tested prior to purchase, either through Discogs or to our email directly. We will play the item and provide you
with a report. This may take two to three days after receipt of the request.
10. Our store sells pre-owned recorded items. Unless otherwise noted in the “Condition Comments” section of our listing, they have not been cleaned, washed, dusted, or refurbished.

The invoice will be edited to reflect no cost for shipping. Please pay that invoice and your items will be delivered to you. Domestic orders only.
