Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 4 days.

Please, READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS (if you are not sure / agree, please DON´T BUY!!!), because except by my mistake, I don´t accept cancellations / returns.

DUE TO THE UNFAIR AND GREEDY INCREASE OF DISCOGS FEES, FROM MAY 22, 2023 THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER OF 10€ AND DOMESTIC AND SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ONLY SERVICE OFFERED. FOR OTHER COUNTRIES, FEEL FREE TO ME. APOLOGIES FOR THIS.

EXPECTED TIME FOR PAYMENT: 4 DAYS AFTER BEING INVOICED.

In case of non payment, and after these 4 days, a negative will be automatically left by the system ('automatic Discogs cancellation policy'). Please, do not me asking to remove it, because I won´t do it.

Also: 
I will not accept cancellations if the reason is 'I changed my mind......', 'I thought bla, bla, bla.......', 'I haven´t read bla, bla, bla....' or ANYTHING RELATED TO THE SHIPPING COSTS, everything is clearly described & stated.

About returned items: 
* If the package can't be delivered and is returned to me, refund will not be given on postage, only for the cost of the item sent / purchased. I could re-send the item again to you if that´s what you want, but obviously an extra postage charge will be added. 
* In case that the buyer decides to return the item to me because I MADE SOME MISTAKE (ONLY IF I MADE SOME MISTAKE), I will offer a full refund of the transaction (order + shipping cost) plus return shipping cost.

IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT OR QUESTION, OR IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS BASIC ENGLISH INFO, ASK BEFORE, BUT PLEASE, NEVER AFTER PLACING THE ORDER (all the questions will be answered except those whose response can easily be found in the description of the item / shipping costs conditions).

Shipping costs -updated to 2025-, paid by buyer (by ed & tracked post*, and always depending on the final weight):

Automatic shipping policies added, according Discogs' mandatory rules (from October the 1st, 2020). This means that the shipping price is listed next to the item.
As this method can be confusing, sometimes the real shipping cost may vary, especially in combined orders or packages over 2 kg, and especially outside Spain. I recommend confirming the s/c in this specific case before placing the order. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to me.
And, as always, I remind you that I'll do my best to save on shipping. Ask if you need more info, please.

******* In some specific orders, recycled mailers could be used. But don´t panic, the package will be shipped safely. : recycling is important!

Some more info:

- Due to terrible experiences in the past, I do not accept orders from Hungary or Latvia. Sorry for the honest buyers.

- If no further info given, items are graded visually, but always under conservative grading (most of the records listed here are 2nd hand vinyls, and some of them stored for many years, consequently some of them could need a proper cleaning / same for cd's).
But for those items that have been tested: vinyls have been tested in a Technics SL-1210MK2 with a Ortofon Concorde Nightclub cartridge / cds have been tested in a Pioneer CDJ-1000MK2. I can't guarantee the same result if the items are played in no professional devices, it's at your own risk. Thanks for the understanding.

- If no further info given, I don´t rate generic sleeves.

- About offers: I am open to offers on the items on sale but all I ask is realistic offers, please! I am not going to, and doubt anyone does, drop the price by 50% or so!

- About import taxes (just in case): these charges are at buyer's responsibility, obviously are out of my hands, I'm not responsible. Australian buyers: bear your GST tax in mind (https://.discogs.sie.com/hc/es/articles/360006427093) when buying!
 
- The order (once payment is received) will take a maximum of 1 day to be shipped. Very exceptionally it will take longer (in this case the buyer will be informed), but it will always be within 4 days (the same number of days that the buyer has to make the payment).
 
- About s: I will only leave mine AFTER you do it for me (and I always do). Too many cases of "very communicative" buyers disappearing after the payment, thanks for understanding. And please, before leaving a negative (just in case of anything related with the transaction), me first, so that I can sort any issues out satisfactorily for both!

- Payment can be through Paypal (prefered) and bank transfer (in this case, ask for details).
 
- If any doubt, don´t hesitate to me.
