FLAT RATE POSTAGE $6.95 Media Mail (USA only). If you need it Ground Advantage or Priority, do not pay the invoice and request that option. We will change the total accordingly and send an updated invoice. We only ship within North America at this time. If you live out of the country, send us a message. Discogs does not make it easy to figure out various totals to other countries. Keep in mind the cost of getting stuff out of the US has considerably gone up in price recently (even for Canada).

Orders are automatically cancelled in four days if the buyer has not paid.

Please have your addresses correct within Discogs and Paypal (which goes through ShipStation). Your package could go to either if they are different. Usually we notice and will ask. However we are a business with a couple people that pack the orders. The less confusion, the better.

GRADING: We do our best to grade everything under Discogs guidelines. If you have an issue, please message us first. We are a store so most things are only graded visually. We do not grade CD jewel cases but will point out major flaws if it's a special jewel case or sealed. Please understand these things can crack in the mail no matter how much padding we put into the package.

ABOUT PLAZA RECORDS:
We are located in Carbondale, IL. We have an actual store (for over 40 years!!!) and some items listed here are on our sales floor as well. Please understand mistakes do happen and if an item sells in the store, it may get lost in the shuffle and still be listed online. We are generally good about this but mistakes do happen.
