Below you will find my and conditions, by which all orders will be processed and carried out without exceptions. Completing an order means that you agree to these.

1. I only ship ed for obvious reasons. If you wish for your parcel to ship as uned, let me know in advance.
2. If you have any request(s) for an item(s) from my list, please make it before placing an order.
3. Please be reminded that in case of cancellation of the order, Paypal fees will no longer be refunded due to policy changes on behalf of the service. Since mid-2019, Paypal reinstated its refund policy and hence, fees are withheld after the initial transaction.
4. For CD buyers only: Standard jewel cases are not graded as they are easily replaceable.
5. For sealed items I no longer provide pictures, so don't request any. Also, If you are not genuinely interested in purchasing an item, please don't waste my time on providing pictures.
6. Shipping will normally be carried out within 5 business days, however, exceptions may apply due to personal matters. In any case you will be updated with regard to your order’s status.
