DESPATCH & QUALITY INFO:
All of the grading given to each record endeavour to be as accurate as possible and where there is doubt the lower grading will be given just to stay on the safe side, and the pricing will reflect that. With the volume of records in the collection and time it takes to list and grade them, the initial inspections are done by sight under a bright light. However, it is not always possible to be 100% accurate when listing, this is why upon ordering a record it will be thoroughly checked for anything that may have been missed. If the item is not as d you will be ed via Discogs and given the opportunity to cancel or change your order in light of the new information. It is not always possible to know what correct inserts are present, but if they are guaranteed to be present this information is included in the comments, if it is not included in the comments the original inners may not be present. Please always check descriptions as there are times when some grades are very close and due to the differences in prices between grades we may have to mark it at its highest grading and declare that it is a low end of that scale (we also provide context such a descriptions of markings), this is not something that all sellers do, so with us you will have a pretty good idea of the condition and hopefully not be disappointed.

CD Gradings:Please note that as per standard gradings for CD's Jewel Cases are not graded, the grade is applied to the condition of the booklet and inserts. Digipack CD's are graded based on the condition of that.

UK Delivery between 2-6 working days.**
* Every effort is made to ensure deliveries are processed as quickly as possible.
** Orders with over 5 items can take up to 8 working days to process as all used records are checked and tested before they go out.

Rest of the World:
Shipping outside the UK will take longer than 5 working days with a lead times before despatch being 2-3 working days due to extra checks and work involved with overseas shipping.

Bank Holidays & Weekends - Please note that we do not work on Bank Holidays or weekends (except for a limited period on Saturdays) and despatched deliveries are picked up by postal services the morning after they are marked as despatched. Bank Holiday Mondays cause a delay if you order on a Friday after 5pm GMT your order will not be processed until Tuesday and picked up by the postal services on Wednesday.

Refund Policy
Our policy is that if you aren't satisfied you can return your item/s and we will gladly refund that item for you.
- Item must be returned within 7 days of ing us about any issues.
- Allow us 7 working days from the day item is received back by us to process the refund for you.
- We DO NOT pay postage costs in advance of receiving a returned item.
- Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the following situations and only when items have been returned to us.
-- If the item is faulty (e.g. skips or sticks and it is not mentioned in the comments, or in keeping with the grading given).
-- If the grading is deemed to have been incorrect by us.

Jargon & Other Help

Here are a few details to help you understand phrases, or default settings that are used by us when selling records to enable you to have a better understanding of anything that may sometimes seem a bit vague due to the limitation of characters in the comments.

"Graded across both/all records" - When grading double albums, or 12"in single releases, or more accurately anything with more than 1 record in the same release, because there is no option to grade all of the records, we give an average grading for all of the records. This means there might be instances if one side or one record is VG+ but the other is Mint, where it is given a NM grading etc.

CD Jewel cases - Please note that standard jewel cases are not graded, as per the standard for grading CD's, the contents, e.g. the booklet is.

Record Covers - Please note that covers are graded strictly to standard grading guidelines, and they are quite vague. However we aim to be as accurate as possible. Most sleeves will fall under the VG+ grade which has quite a wide scope meaning a VG+ cover can vary from being close to NM, right through to having some noticeable storage wear, but no splits. And grading sleeves is a careful combination of some things but not all things being present at the same time to maintain a grade. If there are any splits, generally we will grade these down to a VG and below depending on other factors such as bad storage wear and other defects. We understand sleeve grading can cause confusion from time to time, but we adhere to the standard carefully.

Inner Sleeves - Due to it being impossible to know exactly what inner sleeve is supposed to be included with every record, unless it is otherwise stated, it is best to assume that the inner sleeve may not be the one that was originally with the record. However, we do, on important records where we know the inner sleeve is important state that it is the correct inner sleeve on the comments. So if it is not included on the comments, it is best not to assume it is included.
