Fisherman Records is an online store specializing in the sale of vinyl records and music on other media . We do not have a physical point of sale for customers to visit us.

All of our records have been mechanically cleaned using an ultrasonic machine.

3. Transportation:

Our shipments are handled by CTT - Correios Portugueses, responsible for delivery from the point of origin to the final destination.

4. Delivery Times:

We try to ship products as quickly as possible to provide our customers with an excellent experience. Although we prioritize speed, delivery times may change.

- Within Portugal:
- Between 2 and 7 business days.

- Outside Portugal:
- Within the European Union: it may take 3 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: may take 3 to 14 business days.

- We deliver all over the world, covering a wide range of countries and regions.

- Delivery address:
- The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Please be sure to provide accurate information to avoid delivery delays.

- Delivery Times:
- Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

- Shipping types:
- Standard Mail (In the standard shipping we are not responsible for any loss or not delivery, we do not return money losses)
