Shipping daily, 5 days a week. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days upon placement of order.

All orders are securely packaged using quality mailers and stiffeners to ensure your package arrives safely.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking number is sent to the ed email address associated with the buyers . International orders via Royal Mail Tracked unless over 2KG. For all International orders above 2KG it is recommended to us initially to confirm the most competitive rates currently available.

Gradings:
We grade our items as accurately as possible inline with Goldmine Standards however, should you have any queries regarding your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly to discuss.
In additon to gradings we take pride in assuring that each and every record, regardless of value is proffesionally cleaned to ensure it arrives ready to play.

Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you have the option of returning them for a refund. Please us directly to discuss prior to return. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt and in the same condition as received, including items which are sealed.
All returns will be checked to confirm that they correspond with the order that was placed before a refund is issued.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Orders shipped to other countries via third party shipping services will not be covered by our refund policy.

Please ensure your address is up to date in both Paypal & Discogs. When addresses differ between Paypal and Discogs we will only ship to the Discogs ed address.
