#Payment
- Please DO NOT complete your payment in advance. I ask this as I would like to minimize your shipping costs.

#Shipping
- (July - August) We kindly advise against shipping during the summer months due to the potential risk of thermal damage to vinyl media. We would be happy to store your vinyl for you and arrange shipment starting in September. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any thermal damage to vinyl media that may occur during transit.

- We advise you to choose a shipping option with tracking and insurance [freight forwarding company (as they provide additional insurance)]. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages otherwise. While any issues during shipping will be resolved based on PayPal purchase protection, our seller term is ABOVE the PayPal term.

- For shipping to a freight forwarding company in South Korea, I will do my very best to provide secure packing. However, we will not be responsible for any incidents during the transition from our location to the buyer's location (via the freight forwarding company).

- Please note that shipping costs may include the extra charge from the Korean post office which was recently applied to specific countries/areas that are experiencing delays/ shipping issues due to COVID-19. This extra charge can be requested after the initial payment. I just provide the actual shipping costs (postal service + packing) to buyers.

#Seam-split
- Seam-split may occur in transit for sealed vinyl records when the record cuts through the sealed jacket or cover from the inside. Despite our efforts in secure packaging, this occurrence is beyond our control:

.For used and unsealed vinyl, the media will be taken out from the jacket and repacked with a plastic inner sleeve to prevent seam splits.
.In the case of sealed vinyl, we strongly encourage buyers concerned about potential seam splits to request us to take out the vinyl media from the jacket, place it into a plastic inner sleeve, and then repack it with the jacket. If no repackaging is requested, the seller will not be responsible for any seam split and/or seam wear issues."

#Tax/Customs
-The buyer is responsible for settling any tax obligations, including Customs tax. Refusing to accept packages during transportation due to tax duties and subsequent refund requests will not be accepted.

#Return/Refund
-In the event of problems, the buyer MUST reach out within 7 days after the tracking indicates "delivered." After this period, issues can no longer be addressed.

-Manufacturing defects in brand new or sealed items are not the responsibility of the seller and are not eligible for return or refund. Please address these concerns with the corresponding record labels responsible for manufacturing the media.

-Refunds will not be granted if the buyer changes their mind after orders are processed.

-To address any issues, I kindly request a one-shot video (with no file edits) for all orders, showcasing the entire process from unpacking to the identification of the problem. Claims for problems without this video will not be considered, and no refunds will be issued.

-In all return cases, the buyer bears the return postage costs unless a one-shot video demonstrates that the seller shipped the incorrect item(s).

#ETC
- Large orders can be negotiated. So, please feel free to me.

- For box sets (with multiple vinyl), please me before ordering items.

- Due to the new Discogs policy, all sellers need to provide shipping costs for ALL locations, which is IMPOSSIBLE. While I provided quite accurate shipping costs for some countries and some conditions (the US, some Asia, and some Europe), I could not provide detailed shipping costs for others--because I do not know... :( . So, please message me before your complete your payment. I will keep working on this to provide a more accurate shipping plan.

#Vinyl Grading
- I do investigate vinyl conditions ONLY VISUALLY (both SLEEVE and VINYL). "If" I comment on sonic condition, the comments are mostly based on listening with my headphone, Sennheiser HD-6XX). Therefore, issues of vinyl defects/noise must be discussed with manufacturers.
