* ed letter will cost at least 16.10 EUR more, but that is the only way to follow or track possible lost letter.
* Jewel cases aren't graded ( unless they are unique).
* As a seller I assume that buyer understands that it's not my fault if post office lost or damage letters.
* I pack CD's as good as I can, write addresses clearly and of course ship letters every time.
* All this means that I'm not necessarily refunding money in "lost-cases" if buyer choose non-ed letter.
