All records I sell on Discogs are visually inspected - graded according to Goldmine Rating System. I am conservative with my ratings as I want to ensure you are happy with your purchase - customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. Inner sleeves and generic outer jackets are replaced as needed. Sealed items are listed as the pressing they most likely are, but it is not guaranteed as the only way to know for sure would be to open it.
PAYMENT :
Payment is due within 3 days after you receive an invoice with your shipping charges.
Any item unpaid after 4 days will be automatically canceled & relisted for sale.
Items are shipped within 5 business days after PayPal payment received at the absolute latest, but I always strive to ship within 24 hours when possible.
SHIPPING:
Your items are securely packed and shipped in specially designed corrugated boxes with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for added protection.
I ship to your ed Paypal address only. If you require a different arrangement, please let me know at time of payment.
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs and customs fees. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Everything domestic ships via USPS Media Mail unless instructed otherwise.
It is the customers responsibility to ask for insurance. If you don't ask for insurance I cannot help you if your package is damaged or lost.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ask for pictures BEFORE submitting an order if they would like them. Returns will only be accepted in the same condition they were sent in. Returns must be authorized before they are sent. Returns or cancellations may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping will not be refunded.
