1. General
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these .
- Orders must be paid within 4 days, as per Discogs policies. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled, and negative will be given automatically. If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within these 4 days to avoid negative .
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct in the Discogs order details. If a different address is required, please inform us via the Discogs order timeline or message before we process the order.

2. Payment Methods
- Discogs accepts only PayPal payments. If you prefer an alternative payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, Multibanco, etc.), you can place your order directly on our website at mondonegro.com.

3. Stock Availability
- We do not work with dead stock—all listed items are physically in stock and ready to ship.
- We sell via Discogs, our website, and at festivals/pop-ups. While we strive to keep stock updated, occasional discrepancies may occur due to manual stock adjustments on Discogs.
- If an item from your order is no longer available, we will cancel and refund your order immediately. If you wish, we can also try to restock the item as soon as possible and notify you when it's available again.

4. Condition & Sealed Items
All items are graded according to Discogs standards.
- Some vinyl records may be delivered unsealed as we occasionally open copies to vinyl variant when it is not sufficiently labeled by the distributor or label. In these cases, we always inform buyers in the item comments before purchase.
- Due to inconsistencies in barcode data or other details provided by labels and distributors, some items may be reissues or represses of the same variant. Since we do not have access to matrix codes before shipping, we do our best to list the exact version, but minor variations may occur. If you need a specific pressing, please us before placing your order.

5. Shipping & Packaging
Orders are shipped within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and Portuguese public holidays).
Shipping Options:
- CTT (Portuguese Post): Economy (no tracking, no insurance) & Track & Traced.
- Correos Express, DPD, UPS: Available for certain destinations.

- Economy Shipping Disclaimer: Choosing Economy shipping is at the buyer’s own risk. It does not include tracking or insurance, and Mondo Negro is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- Packaging: We use sturdy cardboard mailers to protect records. In case of damage due to shipping carrier handling, claims must be made directly with the carrier. We can assist by providing relevant shipping details.

Orders Over 2kg:
- Most European countries have standard shipping options for orders above 2kg.
- For non-European countries, shipping may be expensive. us for alternative shipping solutions.

6. Customs & Import Fees
- EU Customers: No customs duties apply.
- Non-EU Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before purchasing.

7. Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please us immediately with a description and photos of the issue.
- If damage is due to shipping carrier handling, claims must be made directly with the carrier. We can assist by providing necessary details.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
