Hello, you are purchasing from a brick and mortar record shop located at 356 Ludlow Ave. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Local pickup is available at checkout - please only select this option if you plan on picking up in person at our shop! Please keep in mind that (removable) price stickers may be affixed to the shrinkwrap, polybag, or outer casing of the items listed. It's also important to that vinyl is an imperfect format, and while we strive to grade accurately and provide great service - we are not perfect, we are not Amazon, we are human just like you - so BE COOL! If you are unable to communicate in a civil and adult manner with a professional dealer such as ourselves, please consider purchasing elsewhere. Prices are firm unless the 'make an offer' option is enabled.

PLEASE READ: Payment is due within 4 (four) days of an order being placed. No exceptions. If you do not intend on paying in a timely manner, please do not order from us. Demeaning or threatening messages sent through Discogs' messaging system will result in an automatic lifetime block and may be reported to Discogs at our discretion.

Return policy: No partial refunds offered. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have five business days from receiving the item to us and arrange a return for a full refund. No exceptions. Any item that does not include mention of an included print item - be it booklet, insert, slipcase, hype sticker, etc. can be assumed to be missing. Keep in mind we process thousands of items per month, so please ask questions in advance if you have any! Return shipping is at buyer's cost and we do not refund the original shipping cost either. We do not offer returns on sealed items, unless they are proven to suffer from a factory defect. Sealed old stock items (NOS) specifically will not be refunded if opened. We will not open these items to confirm matrix etchings or center labels. For example, if you gamble on ordering an LP listed as a Winchester pressing, and open it to reveal a Jacksonville pressing - you will not be able to return the record or receive a refund.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation - you will be provided with a tracking # upon shipment. Please ask if you would like any additional shipping services. We ship all LPs (with the exception of sealed records) with vinyl outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits. All LPs will be shipped in corner-protecting Whiplash-style mailers with 1/2" bubble cushioning and/or filler pads depending on the size of an order.

International customers: the default shipping service we use is a tracked courier service, which can take 1-3+ weeks for delivery. If you would prefer to pay more for faster delivery, please inquire BEFORE making payment. Same goes if you want insurance added.

Orders generally ship the next business day. Payment is expected within 4 days of invoicing or the order will be canceled with "non-paying buyer" left.
