I don't use M (Mint) even for sealed or new records.
NM / EX / VG+ / VG / G+ / G

Big orders: please me for a better shipping quote for big orders (more than 6 items) to destinations outside of North America.

Shipping destinations: please me if shipping isn't available to your country.

Handling time: orders can take up to 5 business days (after payment is received) before shipping. Order status is updated when it ships.

Pictures: I rarely reply to requests for pictures of records unless they are expensive. Sadly, the majority of people who ask, don't purchase the item no matter how accurate the grading is. The amount of requests and time it takes all add up and this is time that I will never get back. Thanks for your understanding.

Other :
-Orders are carefully packed using brand new cardboard record mailers with inserts and/or bubble wrap.
-Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service.
-All prices are in US dollars.
-Gate-fold, deep groove (like old Blue Notes), and heavy pressings (like some Folkways) albums sometimes count as 2 records depending on the weight although this will usually be factored in the item's weight configuration for checkout already.
-Any refund due to buyer's mistake or request to cancel will be issued minus Paypal and currency conversion fees which are non-refundable (that is their policy).

Sealed Records:
Sealed records are sold "as is" since there's no way of validating the contents without unsealing them.
I will typically describe the state of the item if it does not appear to lay flat by mentioning the sleeve is wavy for example or if it's bowed.
Typically if that is the case though, I will more likely open the item before grading just to be sure there aren't major warps or issues and the item would naturally not be described as sealed after that.
