We also sell on recordfairs so although it does not happen a lot, it is always possible that a record is unavailable due to being sold on the recordfair.
If in any case you are not happy with the items, you can always send them back, only shipping will be at buyers cost, I will not refund shipping, so only the price of the item(s) will be refunded.
SHIPPING FEES
The Vinyl Traveller is based in Italy. We operate between the cities of Milan and Rome.
We attend most of the record fairs and vinyl markets in Italy so during the weekends we are very busy and our discogs activity will be limited (i.e. we do not answer to messages, etc.). We are more then happy to hand delivery your purchased items in Rome so you can safe your money and review record's condition in person! Please us before your purchase to make commitments and agree on a certain location in each city for the hand delivery. We buy records all over the world during our buying trips, expecially in Tokyo, Japan where we go twice a year to buy thousands records.
We basically ship our parcels only with ed method worldwide through selected international shipping companies. In Italy we shipped our parcels with an Italian courier or poste italiane for the 7'' / 45 giri.
DELIVERY
We ship within 7 businness days of receipt of payment. We ship once per week when our courier comes to our basement and picks all parcels. So it may happen that if you place the order few hours or the day after the day the courier came to us, your parcel's delivery will be delayed. We are sorry for that but please do not complain. If you not agree with our shipping policies please avoid to buy from us.
For Packing, packaging and Handling fees we add 1,00 euro to each shipment.
For each and every shipping we do we provide:
- Upkeep service. When necessary, vinyls are cleaned by a professional machine, and covers are restored by using suitable products. The washed records come with new innersleeve (old one is enclosed)
- PVC protection sleeeve. The original inner sleeve and the record will be placed outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits. Then sleeve and record are stored inside a plastic envelope to ensure a safe trip to your home.
- strong cardboard box. Item(s) will arrive to you with all corners intact
International Buyers please note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Wrong item shipped, grading error: if you are not satisfy with your purchase, simply us.
We’ll do our best to make it right, either by sending a full refund (cost of the record plus shipping fees paid to order it), or adjusting the selling price to everyone’s satisfaction.
