I use the Record Collector Magazine UK grading called EX, which is better than VG+ but not a straight NM.
Definition of EX: Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality
Records more than 500€ I recommend DHL or UPS !!
