Welcome to Enrico Records - It's all about the magnificent sound of the groove records!
Formerly located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We speak, write and understand English and Dutch. If you communicate in another language, we will kindly ask you to write English.
Although we don't have a physical shop anymore, it's still possible to pickup your order at our location. ( for our Dutch buyers)

We take great pride in the time and effort we put in our orders and packing the orders, to avoid damage and trouble. It takes a while, but it is worth the wait.
We are a small and very busy record store, located in the Netherlands.so when you order something, please keep in mind that we’re not pressing on the F5-button all day long.
Please have some patience when you order. We'll always do our best to respond to your questions and/or send out your item(s) as quick as possible. Messages might take longer sometimes too. We always try to do everything as fast as possible and are always open for questions.

PAYMENT
Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days.

Discogs cancels all orders as "Non Paying Buyer" if we have not received payment within 5 days after sending an invoice. Please do not place an order if you do not intend to pay.

The buyer always pays for shipping!

We accept bank-transfer ( In EU country with IBAN ) and Paypal. We do not charge any Paypal fees Discoqs will do that for you!
If you want to pay by credit-card please open a Paypal ing your creditcard and after that pay by Paypal. That's the safest way for you. With bank-transfer please take the transfer expenses on your own (this usually is for free within the Eurozone and for Norway, outside that this can be expensive).

GRADING

- Vinyls are always well taken care off, unless stated differently. We always try to clean the records with a cloth or record washing machine before packing. We hardly grade a record NM, unless it looks pristine. If you’ve got questions about grading, let us know!
*) We grade visually, because there are too many items to listen to.

SHIPPING

Some countries can choose between different shipping options, also depending on value :
o STANDARD : no tracking – at own risk if lost or damaged by postal services !
o ED : with trackingcode – bit faster than “standard”

- If you want EXTRA insurance (recommended for items above 50 euro)… let me know in advance!
- ed shipping has tracking code but I accept NO responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is possible … let me know in time
- In general it's better to combine some items and safe on shipping costs
- Some expensive items are set to "make an offer" - please keep your offer reasonable and I will accept it, especially when you are a returning customer or if you
buy multiple items.
- We ship to the PayPal address for PayPal payments and to the discogs address for IBAN payments.
- If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know upon paying for your order. We ship the package how we think it should be shipped.
- We only collect our orders after receiving payment. After payment you can not change your order anymore. In general we send the items within 3-5 working days after payment.
- Shipping rates also includes handling costs and cost for shipping materials, so it might be a bit more expensive than the actual postal rates!

DELIVERY

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information. We use the address you filled in at PayPal, if you want change another address inform us by mail by Discogs only!

Because of our contracts with delivery companies, packages can not be delivered to a PO Box.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for slow postal services in your country. We cannot be held responsible for non arriving packages.
If insured and/or signed shipping is required, please ask us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport.

When goods are dispatched outside the European Union buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may apply on the order. Due to legal regulations we cannot state a lower value on the Customs Declaration (CN 22 / CN 23)

For all buyers from Australia, New Zealand and the United States, please keep in mind that there is also a small tax that is excluded from our shipping costs, this will be different per state and that money is not for us.

We ideally try to ship your package as soon as possible after payment within (3 -5 business days), if it takes a lot longer, we will let you know. But keep in mind that we are very busy, with 25 new orders a day!
If something is up, please let us know and we will figure something out!

RECEIVING (and possibly returning the item)

*Always check your items when they arrive on any damages etc. - If you can't check your item within 3 days, let us know first!
*Any defect / damaged / wrong item(s) need to be returned to us within 2 weeks (!) after receipt. - (no exceptions!). Discuss the issue with us first before returning!
*If a parcel is returned to us, without consulting us first, the buyer is always responsible for the postage to send AND resend the order.
*We cannot be held responsible for lost and/or damaged packages [unless you've chosen to /insure your order ] (on request!).
*If a package is returned to us by the post office for whatever reason, the customer is also always responsible for resending the package and paying the shipping costs again (unless it is really our mistake, then we will pay) .
*The shipping process is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility when the package is delivered to the post office.

OTHER

- We only communicate on the discogs order page or via discogs message and not via e-mail.



Please always us through the original Discogs order.
Please always us first (before leaving on Discogs) when you're not satisfied or something went wrong. There's always a solution!
If you want from us, leave us on Discogs and send us a message after, when the order arrived. (this is needed since Discogs doesn't notify us when you left us )

Finally, we are doing our very best, but mistakes happen sometimes. Please we are a serious seller and always provide customer . So in case there is something wrong with the order please us by sending us a message on the order page and we will settle this in a satisfactory way for you.
