Our focus will shift onto what our customers have made clear matters most after placing an order: the answer to the question "When will my order reach me?" We will provide you with an estimated delivery date - shortly after you place your order. If your package is not delivered by the delivery estimate provided in our initial shipping confirmation message, we will refund your shipping costs! 👍 Of course, some reasonable restrictions reply to our guarantee: if the shipment of your order is delayed by anything beyond our control (for example, natural disasters, delays resulting from any requested change in your order, issues with your delivery address or tel. number that requires your action, special requests you make for your order, customs delays, package being rejected/undelivered - for example, 'not home' or, 'refused/rejected delivery').

If this happens, in the interest of ensuring we still meet the delivery estimate, we will upgrade shipping service - where needed, solely at our discretion. Thus, while tracking may show late dispatch, we will do all we can to ensure the most important element is met: delivery within the original estimate, backed by our delivery guarantee.

*Please also note: some carriers we use assign tracking after the package is already well on its way to you. You may occasionally see a discrepancy between the 'label created' date & the date the order was marked as shipped: please be aware that this is precisely how some of the shipping arrangements we offer work: tracking & outbound shipping label is created as much as a week or so, after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse in southern Japan.

This reduces the weigh of the package by more than half, making it possible for us to save you far more than the cost of several new jewel cases, making this an attractive option for many customers. We respectfully ask you NOT to select this option at checkout if you are buying factory sealed/new CDs - and expect them to be sent unopened, with their case. Some customers have been taking advantage of us by doing this - we respectfully ask you not to be among them, if you want us to continue offering this option. It goes without saying: expecting a product or service other than what you purchased, is a violation of Discogs policy. Please, kindly, do not select shipping without jewel case - if you purchased new CDs. Thank you.
