We're shipping with DHL with tracking and insurance only.
We are not shipping every day; it might take 2-3 days until your order is processed.

If you receive a parcel which is damaged or the records inside of the parcel are damaged, it is important that you open a damage claim at your local shipper.
The recipient is the only one who can document the damages which have happened.
You'll be receiving a claim number which we can refer to on our side.
When we get the claim number you get refunded immediately.

If you return sealed records your get a full refund.

If you want to avoid seam splits, we can open sealed records in order to pack sleeve and vinyl separately!
If we're not authorized to open sealed records by the buyer - the buyer takes the risk for seam splits and related defects.
In such cases the buyer is paying postage for returns.
Please let us know whether we shall open the sealing or not when you're ordering!
If you return unsealed records, we will set a price for refunding based upon a full grading and testing of the record.
