ULTRASONIC CLEANING - All records and cd’s are cleaned already, and can be shipped quite soon after payment. Since a while records are cleaned ultrasonic, which gives a far better listening experience.
DETERMINATION - All items are determined thoroughly, and described as good as possible. All items are carefully and strictly evaluated, maybe even a bit too harsh, so quite often the quality may be better than the given rating.
Records are play-tested, especially when there are visible marks/scuffs/scratches which may affect the playing ability.
PACKAGING – Safe & secure. Records will be shipped in a fit and proper cardboard shipping box, cd’s and cassettes most of the time in a bubble envelope with extra protection when needed.
Always made fit to give the best protection and most secure transport of your valuable items. If you have special wishes or concerns don’t hesitate to mention.
SHIPPING – Quick response after ordering, fast handling. Delivery as soon as possible, most of the times I will ship the item(s) the next day. Items ordered in the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All shipping will be handled professionally.
ED SHIPPING - Items with a value over 20 € are best shipped with the ed option. Otherwise I will not be held responsible for / charged for eventual loss or damage during the transport. Feel free to negotiate about the best option.

INNER SLEEVES - Records are provided with a new polybag inner sleeve if needed, most of the times the old inner sleeve still fits nicely – and can give a nice picture of the time around the release.
CD JEWEL CASES – Replaceable! The condition of the jewel case will not be given in the description, only for a few exceptions.
COMBINING ITEMS – Feel free to combine multiple items! For orders in the Netherlands of more than 100 € I can offer discount.
AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION - If there was no payment received within 5 days after sending an invoice, all new orders will be cancelled as "Non-Paying Buyer".
MP3 RIPS – And other standards: please don’t ask. Just don’t.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG – If something went wrong or if you’re not satisfied: please me as soon as possible. It’s better to work out things together instead of getting angry or sad.
