RETURNS: If you for some reason decide to return the goods, as per usual practice - Buyer pays the shipping costs.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE: If you for some reason unclaimed the package and return it your obligation is to pay additional shipping costs so i can reship the item. IF you decide to cancel the reshipment, i have to charge for the initial shipping costs and charge for return fees which post charges to me to be able to pick the unclaimed package.
LONG DELAY/LOST PACKAGE: In normal conditions deliveries in Europe are from 2 to 4 weeks, and outside Europe (oversea) 4 up to 12 weeks (12 weeks mostly for some countries in South America, the reason is because the customs keeps the package for too long)
If you live in Europe and you haven't received the package in 30 days feel free to message me and i will do a POST RESEARCH from my local post, they will try to the post of destination and give writing evidence where the package is, so if its stucked somewhere to give a little push and gets delivered, the time frame i do POST RESEARCH for overseas countries (USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND) is 60 days - have in mind the post research procedure goes slow and takes time.
From most of the cases, with all the post research i made is: Wrong address provided by the buyer (so please double check prior ordering) the package sits in the local post,and the buyer wasn't notified - eventually that parcel returns to me.
In the most extreme situation if the POST RESEARCH doesn't give a result (but in 99% it does) and the parcel is lost, buyer is entitled for FULL REFUND after 120 days (in Europe) and 150 days (everywhere else in the world) from the day the parcel was shipped.
