DISCOGS SELLER The Whole Thing!

PLEASE READ ALL MY SELLER ! Many of your questions can be answered here. If you still are not sure about something, we welcome all questions at all times.

We are selling many titles. Before buying a single title, we recommend putting it in your shopping cart and searching other titles before checking out. Two or more titles will cost less to ship than separate purchases!

Buyer pays all shipping charges.

Domestic: $5 for first CD, $1 for each additional CD in the same order. We usually send via First Class Mail, but reserve the right to send via media mail for a bulky and heavier order..

International: varies from country to country and weight of package. SHIIPPING CHARGES ARE NEVER FREE! ANY SUCH ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED AT WHATEVER THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST IS TO US. ON LARGE ORDERS, IF THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS LESS THAN THE AMOUNT CHARGED, WE WILL USUALLY REFUND A SIGNICANT OVERCHARGE.

We reserve the right to cancel your order, if the actual shipping cost is higher than we expected. We are not out to gouge our customers with high shipping charges, bur we do not want to end up paying more than the actual shipping cost. Buyer pays all shipping charges, regardless of where you live.

In most cases, two CDs in the same order will ship for the same price as one will. IF the two CDs together go above 8 ounces, the price goes up (Example: For one that weighs 8 ounces or less, the CD or CDs would ship for $15-18 depending on country, but if the 2 CDs weigh more than 8 ounces, the price to ship would be $28 (up to 1 pound). (We can take one of the CDs and carefully pack it and the artwork WITHOUT Case to keep the price at $13-16 for 2 CDs, as noted above.

If you want to ship more than 2 CDs together (7 or 8 or whatever), we can ship those WITHOUT cases, but only with the understanding that if the CDs are damaged, you take the loss, not us. We do not charge excess shipping charges, only what it costs to mail and packaging.

We reserve the right to charge extra, when the actual shipping cost is higher than the amount you already paid. We are not trying to make money on postal charges, but we do not want to lose money, if the shipping charges are higher. The cost of shipping is made by the buyer, not the seller. If an order is particularly expensive, we reserve the right to charge for a signature delivery and sometimes for insurance.

In addition to the amount you have already paid, your country will be collecting VAT fees on your order, if your country is not the United States..

Normally, VAT fees are included on all orders through Discogs. But Discogs does not charge VAT fees any orders over $100.

Unfortunately, that will not stop your country from making you pay the VAT fees when your package arrives, before you can get it. VAT fees are typically run approximately 20% on all orders, but that varies from country to country.

We just wanted you to know that there is nothing we can do to stop you from having to pay VAT fees on your purchase. We did not want you to be surprised by these unmentioned VAT fees.

If you ask me to cancel, we will cancel the order with no problem or negative .

A few words about how we classify our CDs.

WE DO NOT GRADE CD CASES OR ARTWORK! Many of our items are used CDs. We grade on the condition of the disc, NOT the case. So when we say a CD is like new, we are talking about the condition of the disc, not the case. We don't care about scuffs on the case, if it's a used CD! However, if the case has some kind of cut, notch, hole or mark in the artwork, we will mention that. Occasionally, we make mistakes, but we try to describe ALL our CDs as accurately as we can.

MINT - If we list an item as MINT, it is brand new and factory sealed with no cuts holes or marks. We see many sellers who sell opened CDs as MINT; we do not!

NEAR MINT - If the CD has been opened and shows no marks or scratches, we call it NEAR MINT. If a CD is factory sealed, but it has a hole, cut or mark on the case and artwork, we also describe it as NEAR MINT.

VERY GOOD PLUS - The used CD shows a few light marks or scratches. If the artwork has holes, cuts, etc. we will mention that.

GOOD - The used CD has many marks.

Regardless of how we grade our items, all CDs are guaranteed to play well.

If we screwed up your order in some way, we will do our best to "make it right."

If you buy the wrong item by mistake and return it in the same condition it was sent to you, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable both ways on such purchases. Orders returned for questionable reasons may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee,

If you buy a sealed or new CD from us, and it is returned with the seal broken, the item will be treated as a used CD with a much lower value.

Sometimes a customer will buy a CD on one day and then on the next day wants to buy another CD and get a break on the shipping. If the first item has already been paid for and the item is packed for shipping, we will NOT combine shipping. On the other hand, if the first item has not yet been paid for, we will cancel the first item with a message to the customer stating that the first item has been cancelled and relisted, and if the customer buys the first item again, along with the second (or third or etc.), we will combine shipping.

We do our best to treat our customers the way we want to be treated.
