INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Although I am not currently offering shipping outside of the United States, there is a simple way to get around this. I advise having your order shipped to a location within the US and then forwarded to your local address. This could be a personal friend or family member who would then forward your order to your local address overseas. There are also bulk exporters who will forward orders internationally, often for much less money than I would charge to ship.

OFFERS

I encourage buyers to make offers through the "Make Offer" feature within Discogs. If you would like to me prior to making an offer, I will let you know if I will accept it.

I will typically match the lowest price offered for shipments within the Continental United States. If I am already offering the lowest price, it is unlikely I will drop the price further

PAYMENT

A PayPal invoice for the total charges will be sent at the time of initial .

Payment MUST be completed within four days of invoice date. Otherwise, the order may be canceled and the item will be relisted.

If you encounter any problems with payment, please me as soon as possible so that a solution can be worked out.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped every two to three days.

It is my goal to deliver your purchase in its stated condition. All orders are packaged in sturdy shipping containers with adequate packaging material inside.

I typically pack records inside the sleeves and jackets for shipping. I feel this better protects the contents. If you have a particular request regarding the packaging of your shipment, such as removing records from jackets prior to packaging, please let me know at the time of order.

The vast majority of my shipments arrive within a week or less.

In rare cases, shipments take much longer than expected, often due to delays or during busy shipping periods. Please note that I may not be held responsible for such delays.

If you think your shipment is taking much longer than expected, please me first before submitting complaints to PayPal or Discogs.

If you supply me with an incorrect address or your order is returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for payment of shipping costs before the order is resent. If this payment is not received within 3 days, a full refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued and the item ordered will be relisted for sale.

GRADING

I grade my media conservatively. I only list items in 'Mint' or 'Near Mint' condition if they warrant the description. Items in new condition but not in factory wrap will be listed as NM-.

REGARDING CASSETTE TAPES LISTED FOR SALE:

All cassette tapes sold “As Is”, with no further claims or guarantees in regards to performance or durability.

Condition ratings refer to the visible and functional appearance of the cassette only, based on playback results on my own equipment. Condition ratings do not necessarily mean a cassette tape will play on your equipment without problems.

I do not guarantee cassette tapes I sell will be playable in all players. There are simply too many variables among manufacturers and machines. When the age of the typical cassette tape and machine are taken into consideration, the result is often a very low reliability factor. In addition, the playback and sound quality of cassette tapes varies greatly depending on the machine used. Any issues with cassette purchases will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS

Refunds may only be issued after merchandise in question is returned in its original condition.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 1 week of receipt of order.
