All shipping should reach its destination globally within 28 days and is not considered late by the courier till this time frame has expired. Most will arrive a lot sooner. If it is outside of this time frame please us 🎶

Missing, Late or Damaged items? Please Read Below (Under Customer Service)



MISSING MAIL - Please mail us to assist for insurance claims and advice. Claim period expires at 3 months.

DAMAGED MAIL - We are not responsible for courier damage, but you are insured against it

GRADING COMPLAINTS - We grade vinyl under strong light and get it right 99.9% of the time as we do not have the time to listen to them all unfortunately. If you are not happy please us to resolve the issue and we will do our upmost to help you.

COMPLAINTS - We are fair in dealing with genuine customers and do our best to put things right when things go wrong. Leaving a negative before communicating will not help your case!! If you are still not happy afterwards with our service you are welcome to then list your remarks negatively

DEPOSITS: Deposits for large orders are none refundable & could be lost within a reasonable time frame (3 Months) if the order is not paid in full and shipped

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Once we have received goods back you will get your refund! NOT BEFORE! All missing items will be refunded once a successful claim with the courier is made and they agree it is undeliverable.

1. If we have made a human error we will pay return shipping costs if necessary or just refund once proof is emailed this includes PayPal fees.
2. If you made a human error or ordered the wrong item you will have to pay the return shipping costs before being refunded the item cost only as we are not at fault. PayPal fees will also be deducted from the sale as we are unable to have these refunded.
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If the item is sent back due to you not supplying the correct import information to us pre-shipment you will only be refunded the item cost as we are not at fault. International item returns, the customs form must be filled out as 'RETURNED GOODS' otherwise it may not clear customs and be returned back to you. Please ask if you require assistance to provide the correct information on the customs declaration prior to ship.
4. All items must be checked upon delivery and problems resolved within the 90 day policy in line with Discogs & Paypal policies.
5. Any issue upon returning must match the complaint.
6. Asking for a refund directly after payment without it being shipped is in breach of contract with Discogs and conditions. We will personally over ride this and refund but we are unable to refund the PayPal fees as these are none refundable to the seller once payment has been completed.
7. Proof of complaint must be sent for a refund without a return. We do not accept returns for items that cost less than the return shipping cost

🎧 SOC = 'Sticker/s on cover'

🎧 SOCL = 'Sticker/s on centre label'

🎧 WOC = 'Writing on Cover'

🎼 GRADING: ALL VINYLS, CD's & CDr's ARE VISUALLY GRADED FAIRLY & ACCURATELY TO OUR KNOWLEDGE

🎧 GOLD STANDARD:

🎧 Mint (M):
We only use this rating for 'BRAND NEW' items from a distributor or archived collector items. Sealed items can occasionally be marked by the manufacturer and and we take no responsibility for this. Sometimes we have to open the seal to check to see if it is a coloured disc as NEW items do not always say on the cover, barcode or hype sticker. Brand new items may experience some shrink splitting or tightening that may cause a very minor crease in the cover over time. Most will still be perfect Mint covers. If this is the case we will you pre ship.

🎧 Near Mint (NM/M-) or (NM- or commonly known as EX):
VINYL: A practically perfect record, may have extremely barely visible minor hairlines from the removal of vinyl from sleeve and will not affect play. NM-/EX may have a few more barely visible hairlines or one or two very light marks, otherwise a perfect new looking disc. Sleeve may have a very minor imperfection.

CD & CDr's: Practically perfect surface. Looks new to the eye with occasional barely visible hairline or manufacturer marks. Sleeve will also look practically new and perfect along with the case.

🎧 Very Good + (VG+):
VINYL: The record will show some signs of wear and have slight scuffs & may have extremely light surface noise on quite parts and intro's. Sleeve may have very slight seam splits & creasing only. The minimum quality for DJ's playing out for crowds or friends

CD & CDr's: The CD will show signs of wear. Ranging from a couple of marks to several . Sleeve will be showing some general wear although still in good condition just a little used. The case will be renewed if its generic with a plastic, card or new jewel case as a direct replacement of what it was originally housed in. It might be upgraded if a more expensive item.

🎧 Very Good (VG):
VINYL: Light surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft ages and LP/Track intro's with multiple fine scuffs but will not overpower the music otherwise. Sleeve may have tape repair to seam splits, creases & discolouration. Not really the best quality for DJ's. A good cheap alternative and still a good quality record.

CD & CDr's: Guaranteed playback! Any issues will be dealt with quickly. The CD will have a lot of marks and starting to look worn out. It will still play fine and will be tested on our deck! The case will be quite worn and look used. May have splits, marks, stickers, writing, tears etc. The case will be renewed if its generic with a plastic, card or new jewel case as a direct replacement of what it was originally housed in. It might be upgraded if a more expensive item.

🎧 Good+ (G+/G):
G+ rated is still okay and listenable and will play through with more audible surface noise present throughout and audible in parts over the main music. G rated will play through again but surface noise will be very evident through the whole track. If a CD it will play but be heavily marked. Please accept it plays through okay on our equipment and may not so well if on inferior equipment.

🎧 PICTURE DISCS:- Picture discs are graded on there condition overall. All picture discs normally play back badly even from new! If you want a sound recording buy a normal vinyl. Picture discs are for collectors and a visual item ONLY!! 🎶
