This record sounds so stunning! It came dead flat and noise free from the start, and the mastering is beyond good. SY have always taken great care of how their records are pressed. I can not recommend this record highly enough!

Edited one year agoWow, the mastering on this is crazy good. I absolutely cannot imagine this sounding any better. The soundstage is wide and detailed even despite the compressed mix. The guitar tones are hugging you with a warm blanket from all around the room. The vocals are detailed and upfront. The drums are still trashy as they were meant to be; significantly less mushed than on the digital master, thankfully. Yes, this absolutely blows the digital versions out of the water - sounds almost like a different album on my at95-ml. My copy has some unobtrusive crackle but it will, hopefully, disappear with a clean. Grab it while you can (it's back to black so it's unlikely to go oop anytime soon but for 15$ this is a steal)!

Record is flat and fairly quiet which is itself an achievement coming from GZ. The sound is rather compressed and congested, but so are the high-res digital files. Expectable of a 2006 loudness war casualty. The autotune on Kim’s vocal still sounds like lame.

Faultless, and I do not say this lightly whatsoever. Just an incredible sounding and pressed record. Mind you, the first one I had had a other of a warp on it
