    It's all about 'The Planets of Life' for me. Sampled by Cassius and respectively reworked by 6th Borough Project and subsequently remixed by The Revenge. It is a great funk groove.

      Like the others here, I was pleasantly surprised by this record. Try and make it better was a track that stood out for me, and the rest of the b side was meh. Very solid, I might spin a couple of tracks off this

        Surprised I've never heard anything from this album until now. Very solid! I do think the following one, the self titled "Whispers" LP from 1979 is far stronger though, as is 1982's "Love is where you find it".

          The Whispers album that turned me on to them. More on the urban disco tech funk tip than some of thier earlier albums. Definitely a must to add to your Whispers collection or your 70's soul collection. It's got all the elements of dance, soul and funk to get you moving or just kick back and jam out to some soul goodness for sure. I highly recommend this one.
