Edited 7 months agoThis (E1/E1) 1st US pressing has much less emphasis on bass than the 1st UK pressing. However, the US pressing offers a more subtle and wider soundstage than the UK pressing. The drums and bass of the UK pressing dominate the middle and provide more punch, while the US pressing seems more nuanced. I enjoy both versions - the sonic details of the US pressing and the punch of the UK pressing. A great album no matter which version you listen too.
