Two thirds at least of this is pretty terrible. Most of the other third available elsewhere. Do not pay money for this. For completists only really. Everybody does stuff they have to do for money, but really, how does an atrocity like Accident Insurance not damage a great act's legacy. Best left hidden.

So they threw on a bunch of bonus material besides "Cardinal Points" that has nothing to do with the Hellraiser sessions?

There is sure a lot of tape hiss on commercials... and Hellraiser themes too (maybe little less)
