Picture sleeve has "Faust" rubber stamped at front (red, blue, green and purple-ink stamps are known to exist). White labels have unique hand-painted/drawn artwork on one side; other side label is blank white.
The cover features "never previously released pictures of Johann Faustus: Anon & Rembrandt."
Runouts are etched, except for ♢344 stamped.
[unreadable] refers to text etched in the runouts on the slope up to the elevated central label and around the entire label on both sides.
Only FAUST on side 45A and Faust on side 45B can be made out for certain. Some other markings can be made out: SAX POILL Jive OMMEOEO / \ COPY IAUWE - FAUST - the same on both sides.
♢344 & K 344 are found in a more standard runout position.

My copy has hand-drawn artwork on both labels. It also has a torn-off piece of a glossy magazine taped (the sticky tape is now very yellow) across the white paper inner sleeve. This has a headline reading, "A HAPPENING, MAN" on it and part of an advert for a company selling fireplaces on the side against the paper sleeve.
