Has to be among Hipgnosis worst sleeves: a top prog rock album is going to sell with a picture of a business person washing his hands ?

I heard that the cover was inspired by a person John Wetton knew who was a hitman that decided to figuratively "wash his hands" with the business, maybe try to clean the blood off, too. Not sure if that's correct, guess I could Google it... -
Would be nice to get a vinyl repress of this soon, just like the debut album did on RSD.
