On label, manufacture credit on horizontal line, middle of label, the spacing of the gold print differs slightly from the other Jan 1964 issue gold and black example:
"Made in Australia by E.M.I. (Aust.) Limited"
It features higher than the other, (relative to the underline of the central PARLOPHONE symbol).

The rear cover has only one Mono cat. no. top right.
