I first heard Desire on a Friday night at Bugged Out / Sankeys in Manchester during one of James Holroyd's legendary warm up sets.

I pretty much ran to the DJ box to find out what it was and picked a copy up at Vinyl Exchange the next day.

      Pure Detroit breakbeat bliss.

This one LIVED in my crate from the moment it came out in '94, and I used it in many different small room, and regional outdoor parties as a weapon to stun people with. Microlover is bliss, and Desire is the melancholy. Each in their own way. Destroy everything in sight.

It's all about Desire and Microlovr. Techno doesn't get much more sensuous than on these two beauties.

Anyone know the source of the 2 breakbeats sampled on 'Desire'?

Desire always reminds me of that time I spent atop a mountain mourning my lost love somewhere in the outer reaches of the known universe....

Desire is such an astonishingly beautiful and piercing piece of art, "tear inducing perfection".
