• faint "114" etched in the runouts on both sides denotes pressed at All Disc Records, Inc.
• "729 Seventh Avenue, New York, N.Y./ 629 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, Calif." address on rear cover
• with "Liberty: The First Family Of Recorded Entertainment" inner sleeve
• some copies have "Audition Copy" ink stamped on rear cover
