One glance at this tracklist and it became clear what was in store. Pop vocals, dance anthems, chart toppers, and crossover hits populate the mix. At least Diplo tried to appeal to the underground crowd as well by including tracks such as Cybotron’s Clear and Aphex Twin’s Windowlicker. But a few credible tracks here and there doesn’t save this mix. The mixing itself is mediocre and there is no semblance of any kind of progression or movement in the sound. It’s little more than a bunch of hits strung together end to end. A 2-year-old could make a comparable mix.

Good, versatile mix cd, one of the better fabric cds by a mile.
