In jewel case with obi. Two booklets are included. The front and back cover of the first (18pg) reproduces the cover of the original vinyl release and retains the 1984 release date on the front, the front of the second (12pg) reproduces the original Japanese promo 7" cover and the back reproduces the Netherlands' 12" cover. Both booklets include extensive liner notes in Japanese.
NB: NAMCO is credited as the artist on the obi and traycard spines. Haruomi Hosono is credited as the producer on the obi and the cover of the second booklet (referring to the original promo 7" mix), but nowhere as the principal artist.
