Track 12.2 is hidden and starts at around 5:49 into track 12 after a period of silence. Total duration for track 12 is 7:33. Subsequent reissues of Mellow Gold and the artist himself refer to this track as "Analog Oddyssey". It is unclear if this is a retrospective title.

90's were paradise for this kind of alt music.
Lots of sampling,folk,alter rock,you name it....
But in the end it is only good or bad music and Beck can pull off some great music on Mellow Gold.
Loser is a pure example of great music. -
My copy sounds noisy even after cleaning. The mastering is very good but there are far too many clicks and pops for my liking.

Edited 8 years agoEDIT: The new limited editions are made by Bong Load and not Newbury indeed.
They are almost sold out everywhere unfortunately. Odelay is going to be released as regular edition though.
Maybe it will be the case for Mellow Gold as well.
