I haven't listened to the original UK version. This is the one that I grew up with in Seattle. I don't know the songs that were substituted off in order to include the alternates on this US version. But "Complete Control" is one of my favourite Clash songs of all time. And I'd put "Clash City Rockers" up there as well. Now that I'm looking for this album on Vinyl, the US version is the one for me. -
This is the watered down US version of the classic UK Clash album . Not a a patch on the ferocity of the UK original !
