Edited 10 years agoClassic Masonna; in both his humor and his enraged attack on the ears. The claim of "30 Bonus Tracks" on the cover is priceless (the final titular "proper" track being only 4 seconds long) - and do a seach for the meaning of said track for further laughs. As to the noise assault, Masonna approaches it like no other - literally throwing himself into the equipment and around the studio/stage. His use of vocals is more extensive than that of any other noise artist, and is reminiscent of power-electronics acts like Whitehouse. Unlike them, however, his vocal ramblings are pure jibberish, and do not distract from the sonic attack. Rather, they add to it in a viceral, gutteral way that is unique in noise. Grab this release if you can find it. It's an endurance test - potentially even for noise fans - but I had a smile on my face by the end.
