This is the original pressing...very rare. i bought it from the lads themselves out of the back of the van when they were first distributing them in Ak.
You will notice the label and cover are black and silver. The reissue was white and black.

The textured matte sleeve is not the first issue as stated here, i have all 5 varients and the glossy paper one was first, in fact the matt textured sleeve was last but did come with insert as did the glossy paper one
and matt smooth second to last, the white label 3rd

My copy bought on release from the old EMI record store in George Street has the Black Matte Sleeve with fold over inner sleeve but like comments below this has a white label and on the back of the sleeve 'YING ONE' which I assume means its FN001 maybe --- any guidance appreciated !

My copy has glossy black, silver print outer sleeve, foldover inner picture sleeve, and the label is white background with black print - a negative image of the one seen here. Perhaps one of those very early issues referred to by bbmcfate here. I was an early purchaser of many of these NZ singles, as they often just became unavailable if you weren't quick!

This "cover" is actually the inner sleeve that came folded inside the black and silver printed sleeve.

Little known fact that the first press of the Clean debut 45 had a foldover picture sleeve that I've been told was issued between 10-100. It is the same images that is on the repress. For years I had heard this, but didn't believe it until I found one that had been mailed to a magazine for review. Don't know if this helps, but I think that this is what you are asking about.

A question for connoisseurs here: I have a copy with both the black outer sleeve shown here (matte, silver print) and a black and white inner sleeve shown in the reissue of this - anyone know for sure which version it is? thanks!
