Notes
This is the 2012 reissue on XL Recordings, domestic to UK and Europe. It was standard black vinyl, plus a limited number on 'marbled sea blue' vinyl. Due to the extra lacing of that vinyl, When you hold it up to the light, it looks just like the ocean waves shown on the LP cover.
-The back sleeve lists "Bobby Dazzler Productions", "Modular", "XL Recordings"
-The websites "www.modularpeople.com" and "xlrecordings" are printed above the barcode
-The gatefold contains an extensive sample list on the right-hand
-Track C2/11 is listed as "Tonight" on the sleeve, but "Tonight May Have To Last Me All My Life" on the side C label
-The gatefold spine is blue
-The inner sleeves are black
-The XL and Modular logos and websites are printed on sides A,B,C, and D labels; there are no white rings bordering the labels

-Uses the ORIGINAL SAMPLES version of "Frontier Psychiatrist"

The following is true for every vinyl pressing of "Since I Left You" (except the Rex Records test pressing):

Edited one month agoGuys, if you own a copy of this release, be careful with its original plastic sleeve. It is made of PVC, and I have the impression that mine began to outgass. I'm replacing it with something else.

This copy kills the 2021/22 pressings, imo. Selling those and keeping this one for good.

The amount of work that went into this album is amazing!
This is what sampling is all about, taking it to a new level.
Just one nice ride from beginning to end, well done!
I'm sure Den Sorte Skol had some inspiration for their works because of this release.

The vinyl is not just translucent blue, it's laced with a darker vinyl. When you hold the disc up to the light, it looks just like the ocean waves shown on the LP cover. A stunning effect.
