Perfect in every conceivable way. Sounds great, packaging is solid, I am legitimately struggling to find anything to bitch about. Flawless, buy or die

This sounds AMAZING! Much needed upgrade from Greatest Gift cd that I played to death. To my ears this sounds more dynamic and the booklet that is included is great, full of high quality pictures. Definitely essential. No. 1214

Postman rang and got me the pre-order also a day ahead, perfect! Sound is pristine, but diamond on vinyl? Guess who wins in the long run. Every vinyl is made unique this way by the owner.

On a more pressing matter, the labels of my Scratch Acid E.P. are actually the same for the A and B side, claiming both to be side B 'this side 'she said...'. I distinguished A and B by the engraved runouts.
            Got edition number 315/2000.

Came here to say how fantastic this sounds, and glad to see others have already beaten me to the punch. Sounds leagues better than the CD version I've listened to 1000s of times in my life. Excellent work by Bob Weston! So glad this got released.

Damn! Eventhough i had to shell out around 200$ to get this one to Norway, im really glad I did! The packaging, the new art, the photos, AND the mastering! Is worth every penny. Dead quiet vinyl and ive never heard the songs as clear. They really did a good job here. I think it was a labor of love. 312 of 2000.

I've only had the "Greatest Gift" comp on CD, I never had OG vinyl and I have to say this Bob Weston remaster work is excellent. It sounds great. The vinyl sounds good, I haven't noticed anything to complain about after multiple listens. It's pretty cool, the labels are actually printed on the vinyl instead of being stickers. I've never seen that before but it looks good. LP sleeves/inserts are nicely printed. I wish the Berserker EP sleeve was poly-lined to nit pick. The booklet is suitable for your coffee table, very nice. The box itself is nice and heavy duty, the way you want a box set box to be. It's got some heft to it. It's 1 LP, 2 x12 EPs, and also a 7" plus booklet and heavy ass box. I don't think the asking price is that bad considering all the packaging.

I fell in love with Scratch Acid some time in 1987, then in 1992 I discovered tJL, which I adore with all my heart. I saw them play live 5 times – a number only sured by the incomparable Ryley Walker. That written, the price for this package is unbelievably inflated. Period. touch and go and me, it appears, we have to part ways for monetary reasons. I can accept the price for the new LP by Shellac, yet this is beyond me. Luckily, I own their first EP and "Just Keep Scratching" anyway.

Box set arrived with me today, a day before release. Listened to it all in one sitting. Very happy with my purchase. Never owned the original vinyl pressings but this sounds good to my ears. Better than the compilation CD I've had for years, that's for sure.
Box set and sleeve is all of a high quality. Just wish they included an antistatic sleeve with all and not just 2 of the records.
                      Booklet is great too,
