I bought a copy online recently. My pressing is flat and sound incredible. Very powerful and spacious. The talking at the end of Whatever is really immersive and it feels like the voices are in the room. I was skeptical at paying so much for a 7 inch but I'm glad I picked this up.
-
Bought it directly from official Oasis website and it arrived warped. Side A is inplayable. Probably needs a weight to keep it flat as possible.
-
Pre ordered mine through Rough trade & received it a day before its official release. upon playing, found there was a pressing issue. Took it back to the Rough trade east & was given a replacement that was an even earlier pressing. Can’t argue with that!

Edited one month agoPicked this up strictly as a collector/ completist. The audio leaves a lot to be desired. I know it's a byproduct of how it was recorded/ mixed/ mastered back in 94 but even compared to the original CD single I have- or other Oasis vinyl from this era- playback is rough.
Anyhow, nice to have it and looks sensational, but won't be getting many spins. -
Mine came perfectly flat from HHV in . Not an Oasis fan at all, but this song has always had a special spot in my heart. Sounds good, but nothing special, but happy to have this on 7" as a kind of novelty item.

2 copies bought from their official website. Both so badly warped (outer) I can’t play. Took weeks to get ochre to send replacements. And they are in even worse shape. Can only assume they were not given the chance to cool properly. All etched by Bazza. Record weight doesn’t help.
