Unlike Miles Davis - Volume 1, this release has Liberty labels on both sides rather than a New York USA label on side 1.

The jacket rear differs from Miles Davis - Volume 1, in that it lacks the Blue Note logo in the upper left corner and "BLP-1501/NO STEREO" printed in the upper right corner, but adds the 767 Lexington Ave. address at the bottom.
