This is what it’s ALL about.
The roots of the ROOTS of ALL popular music can be found in these grooves.
Specialty were there at the beginnning of what became known as Rock n’ Roll, and will be one of the labels to be quoted when a complete evaluation of the last 100 years of recorded music is evaluated for the infuence on the decades that followed.
This compilation is a phenomenal selection of songs that tell part of that evolution.
Every one of these tracks influenced the originators of the music we know as Rock n’ Roll.
Something incredible can be found in these grooves. -
Edited 4 years agoA wonderful compilation of great trax. Well worth picking up if authentic American sounds are your thing. Worth it just for Mercy Dee, one room country shack
