Sounds very good to my ears, bit bummed on the color swap last minute, but still looks fine. They also couldve done a tip-on, foil-stamp, reverse-board, sticker or SOMETHING to differentiate this from other pressings. VMP missed badly packaging wise, but it sounds great to my ears.

Vinyl is flat with no noise. Transparent "smoke" color is cool. Has great sound to my ears - I had the 2015 "Back To Black" pressing and this pressing sounds at least as good. Bass is deep but controlled. Wish the jacket was of better card stock, but otherwise happy with this one.

Edited 5 months agoNice flat copy, sounds pretty good to my ears, especially up loud. I ordered this so long ago I can't recall what color it was supposed to be, but I think the smoke looks pretty nice and goes well with the mood of the album. I guess I'm at a disadvantage since I don't own multiple different pressings of this, but I've got no complaints and I think this will get a lot of spins.

Edited 6 months agoEveryone was expecting the tan marble pressing, but VMP changed it to a smoke variant. We only found out about the change after orders shipped. The smoke looks fine and the sound quality is nice, so it’s not such a big deal. At the bare minimum VMP could’ve at least informed customers.

yeah this is bad, the mock up is nothing like how it turned out to be. and they switched the pics up after they sent the records out. the sound is okay but i have an OG copy that sounds better. this is disappointing for sure.
