Edited 2 months agoOkay first, shit packaging. I was really disappointed considering how much I paid for shipping to find seam splits on TWO sides of the record sleeve. The gatefold has two really big creases on the inner spine, like someone pushed it down with their thumbs. The record itself is fine. It sounds good, and has a slight blue tint to it. That was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting it to be clearer as I’ve heard others say.

I also had the same issue with the inserts and postcard being stuck inside the spine. Caused creases that is pretty much unfixable. My copy had a slight pop in the beginning of 'Taste', but other than that crystal clear listening throughout.

My copy came w the inserts all stuck in the spine from some poor packing care. Vinyl looks nice, clear with a slightly milky bluish tint. Definitely looks like “moonlight” and not crystal clear as many have said.
Sounds great but nothing super different from the digital version of the album. Sounds pretty much the same as the other standard pressings.
Nice collectors edition just disappointed mine came damaged. -
The vinyl looks and sounds crystal clear! Arrived with a little bit of seam splitting on top of the sleeve

The vinyl is a pretty glittery clear pressing and it sounds phenomenal. I love the added bonus track and post card!

Update: I have just finished listening to this variant from my sound system, and I'm floored. It sounds dynamic, crystal clear, and it sounds completely different from the digital version. The instrumentation, vocals, and production come to life in shimmery details and the overall listening experience of this record is breathtaking. Truly one of the best pop records to release in the past few years. The bonus track is gorgeous and a very nice touch to the album. I'm obsessed with this vinyl.

Edited 9 months agoOk I just opened my copy and good news is that the photos of this and descriptions are completely incorrect. I understand why this is listed as a "Moonlight vinyl". The vinyl is actually a baby blue tint and when I held my copy under light, there is slight marbling in the vinyl it looks like white/bluish smoke. It's actually really pretty in person so no it isn't an ultra clear pressing it has slight details in it at least that I noticed on mine.
