Definetely the best Dark Angel album and one of the most brutal thrash albums ever recorded.
Every song is top class thrash metal,from opener Darkness Descends to closer Perish In Flames there is no slowing down.
Brilliant bass intro to Merciless Death and the song itself is highlight of the album in my opinion.
Production of the album is on the verge of chaos and it seems that any second everything will fall apart but it flows perfectly and that's the beauty of this record,courtesy by Mr.Randy Burns.
Year of 1986 was such a great year for thrash metal.
Absolute banger.
