Edited 11 days agoMy copy have different information on the runouts. On side A instead of 1722658 its 1739064. On side B instead of 1725160, its 2032328. Polyline sleeve inside a gatefold. I´ll listen later.
PD: the pressing is a bit noisy but overall its ok. I’m glad i could buy it for 30$, i wanted a copy for a very long time but other editions are too expensive. -
Finally i have this wonderful album on vinyl. The sound quality is really good on this edition. Very satisfied. 👍👍👍👍👍 -
I ended up with 2 versions of this... one has a hype sticker that says "milky chance"... a incorrect sticker.. the other one has that purple sticker like it's supposed to...
also agree... not as good as the omnivore version. -
If this is your only reference, it’s ok but if you ever heard the first press or the omnivore pressing you would know how much you are missing with this version. I don’t know how they get away with saying this is the audiophile edition. It most definitely is not. Avoid this if you can afford the better pressings.

Bellybutton reissue sounds infinitely better to me, not sure if it's the source recording or the pressing. Vocals clear - rest just lacks a bit of body, and that was pretty typical of the time I guess. It is good, not knocking it, no regrets picking up. -

Very happy with this pressing. Mastered quietly but it's clean and dynamic. Unsure if it sounds better than the CD (which also sounds great) but this will likely be my go to when listening to this record going forward. So much detail I never noticed before.

Edited one year agoInteresting to see how subjective the reviews are on this. Mine sounds HUGE and expansive. Dead quiet and flat. Ran it through my vinylVac and not one errant sound to be heard! Giving a slight edge to the new Bellybutton pressing, but I’ve always thought that album had more high end end sparkle.
