One of the best, if not the best, sounding stereo issue from outside the UK. AAA! 1) Extraordinary access to original (!) stereo master tapes. 2) Stan Ricker's half speed mastering. 3) Perfect Japanese pressing on HD vinyl (lately marketed as Super Vinyl :-). If you want the stereo version, this is the one to go for. (Forget the digitally remastered stuff!) The music speaks for itself.

The release date for this title from Mobile Fidelity is 1983, not 1987 as listed above. All MFSL Beatles releases came out in June of 1983 with the exception of Abbey Road (1980), Magical Mystery Tour (1981), and the White Album (1982) all of which were released prior. I tried to correct this by editing the release info, but could not get it to save.
