This 2023 boxset release and remaster sounds incredible in comparison to the original 2010 pressing. Feed Forward is an incredibly emotive record and is certainly one for the techno psychonauts out there. Even the digital release sounds stupendous on headphones. I’m hearing such greater detail on tracks such as Grey Cut Out; it genuinely feels like a rediscovery of Sandwell District at their finest, especially when served with the unreleased track Surrender to the Unknown.

I’m incredibly thankful for SD, and particularly Silent Servant. A lot of the excitement I had for SD was largely due to Silent Servant's ability to mix techno with post-punk and industrial influences. SS's art direction and graphic design pays homage to Duchamp’s dada, Burroughs' cut-up technique, British subcultures à la teddy boys, DIY aesthetics and collage art. It felt incredibly exciting and special at the time.

An impressive release with attention to detail and quality. I’m pleased to own one of the limited white metallic prints that Silent Servant oversaw the making of in LA. I believe he hand embossed each one. 🖤🥀

Missed out on the initial drop of this on Juno so put an alarm via email if more became available. I must have got lucky with the second drop from them and managed to nab one - what a nice surprise! Have an original, but very glad to have this version with the better packaging and the extra track. An outstanding reissue of an underground classic..

A solid reissue for a timeless LP. Been listening to Falling The Same Way for so long and finally happy to own that cut. Although problem is actually committing to opening the thing ....

Paid a bit over the odds for this but was a huge sandwell fan at the time and it's an important landmark of that era. Think a lot of frozen border and horizontal ground stuff fit in well with sandwell as well as the obvious Berlin stuff. Great time.

Question for those who bought the 3xLP 2023 PIAS reissue -- the two Untitled songs (from the original bonus 7-inch), the tracks that are E1 and E2 on the reissue, are those tracks lengths actually 6:22 and 5:04? I can't tell if people have been just copying over the lengths of the originals, esp since at least on the digital version of the reissue, the tracks are only 4:45 and 3:42 respectively. Thanks to anyone who can clear this up

I ordered directly from the label and my copy wasn't boxed well. It arrived with blunted corners and torn through inner sleeves. Super unhappy about it.

I was so looking forward to a reissue. "Surrender To The Unknown" is an incredible additionnal track.

I am a bit confused regarding the total number of the metallic art paper insert.
To my understanding, it is limited to 50x white metallic (Bleep exclusive) and 50x black metallic (Boomkat exclusive).
Now I received my order from Juno and to my surprise it includes the black metallic version. (It was shrinkwrapped together with the box, covering the backside of the box.)
Does it mean that the information from Boomkat is false and the number of the black metallic version is higher? If so, how many?

So glad I snagged this up, nice quiet vinyl and a killer package with one of my fav covers of all time.
